I recently had an IPA on cask at a local pub. It had a fantastic grapefruit aroma and flavor. I'd like to bring the same to my IPA next time. Anyone have thoughts as to which hop to add and when to get the grapefruit character? Is it a flavor hop, aroma hop, or dry hop addition? Or perhaps all three.
For the curious it was Clipper City Heavy Seas Loose Cannon Hop3.
