Chandler tap water:
pH 7.7
Ca 51ppm
Mg 17
Na 147
SO4 108
HCO3 142
Cl 203
Total Hardness 198
RA 71
Fe <.01
Cu .04
K 5

That is a hell of a lot of sodium. I think he probably took it post water softener... Mine is half that, and I can't imagine that my water would be much different from yours down there. Mine is from the CAP canal.

Oh, yeah. Now I remember that presentation - and why I build all my water from RO - since last year around this time. Coincidence? I think not...

I judged Dan's Dubbel this past weekend. It was fucking unbelievably good.

My Golden Strong pwn'ed his by one point though, suck it Dan! Gold medal bitches! How did you like my champagne-like goodness? I will bring a couple to Big Brew tomorrow, you gonna be there? Doing my 100% brett c. beer and would like some input. My community brew BBKF Mild took a silver, 2/5 entries rocked medals for ASH!

Didn't realize that Golden Strong was yours. I remember it well. Great example of style. It was everything that Oude Zuppers SHOULD have been. Bring some tomorrow. I want to taste it again. Yes, I will be there. I'll bring some of my BBkF mild.

Hey.... where are the results posted?

They haven't been posted yet. Bill sent the medal list to Rob in case anyone in ASH wanted to know if they won a medal so they could enter Papago's Pro-Am. I'm assuming BA will get them up on their website sometime next week.
