So what's your guys opinions on the popper time to add the hops? 7 days in? 14 days in? After any visible bubbling in the air lock? What do you all do?
Fermenting: Nothing!

The only time I've ever dry hopped was when I did the Green Flash clone from CYBI. Nathan said he added the dry hop after 7 days, and left them in there for 7 days, rousing the fermenter every other day.

It came out great!

i always dry hop when i rack to secondary. i do two weeks at 62-66*F
works great every time. last time i added an ounce and a half summit hops to a porter and it came out fantastic, tho not really true to style
I can do it all.....and I can do it for ya......But I'm not gonna do it all for ya
