Does anyone have a recipe for this beer? It sounds like something I'd like to try but since I am way over in AL, it looks like I'll have to brew it myself.
Thanks

What I can tell you having had this beer is that it's about 40 IBUs most likely with all American hops (hence the name) try cutting the hopping schedule listed for the 21A-IPA in half from the link listed above and then play with it a bit to get it up to the 40 IBUs mark. The ABV is about 3.2% - 3.6%. The color is light golden about 3-5 SRM. I think 21A uses Rahr 2-row as their base malt in most of their beers and knowing Shaun I seriuously doubt that there are any Crystal malts in this beer. Mash on the high end (156f - 158f) at about 1.5qt/lb to lend more body.
Just a guess. Shaun???
