Has anyone brewed the BYO recipe for this (http://byo.com/recipe/1011.html)
If you have, or have another variation I would be interested in your opinion. I am going to attempt this brew soon and would like some input. I will be doing a 5 gal all grain batch.
I recently had this on draught at a brewfest and found it a bit too sweet, but I figure I can age for a bit better result.
Time for a beer.....
