I laughed my ass off. I mean, sure, I think it's a little overboard to give the guy a DWI, but then again, apparently he's got a history or something. In any case, it's just an awesome image--super-hammered guy rolling around, all over the sidewalk...hysterical.

It happend in up state New York. Whithall, is right next to the Vermont border.
