These guys just went in to this sick ass house filled with bed bugs and roaches and shit.
Apparently he was a homebrewer,
he had a bucket on top of the fridge and when they pulled the top off there was a pellicle over the top.
I wonder if it was really supposed to be a sour.
The worst had to be another bucket and racking cane 2 feet from a shit crusted toilet.
Sorry if this place belonged to one of you guys,.....really sorry.

It's funny, I was on my laptop not really paying attention to the show, then they said something like, wow this guy really likes beer, and I looked up.

After seeing this post, I set my Tivo and caught the episode. That was fucking nasty. That brings a whole 'nuther level to the RAT PAD.

I have to say that I was a little offended when the host looked at all his empty bottles in the cupboard and said "This guy obviously had a drinking problem". Just because someone is a homebrewer and has cases of empties doesn't make him an alcoholic. He had a problem, alright - fucking bugs - and not the nice "domesticated" lactobaccillus in his sour beer. The dude had nasty bedbugs that were chomping on him all night.

I mean does having 8 kegs full of beer, three carboys ready to go, and five cases of bottled homebrew make you an alcoholic? Alright. Maybe it does....
