Is that pronounced: Douche-are-kings? If that's the case... I'm all up for the merger.

Yep, that works. I didn't even look at it like that, but that's perfect ;) :)

It all went downhill for LA when the Habs called a stick check on McSorley in 93.

If this super league actually takes off, I bet a lot of European players will leave the NHL. And that will be bad for the NHL.

I also wholeheartedly agree on too many teams. Like San Jose for instance. What do they know about hockey??? <-directed specifically at JP

Seroiusly, though, I have a lot more respect for original 6 teams, becasue of the history they have. Even Detroit (which I can't stand). There definitely should be more than 6 teams in the league, but 30 is about 6 too many, in my opinion.

They can take Toronto out as well. Useless.
What really bugs me about Toronto is that they act like they are NHL royalty. They charge CRAZY $$$$ for tickets to see an AHL caliber team (sorry Sundin, you're done) they have the national TV station cumming all over them every single game yet they have not even touched a Cup since 1967.
I don't get it. Nobody in Canada or the U.S likes the Leafs except in Toronto.
Toronto is not part of Canada by the way, they were banned when they became douche bags back in 1968...

So, fuck Toronto. Fuck'em real good and way up there. And if anyone on here is from Toronto and is in the BN Army, you're good. But the rest of your family can suck on our 24 Stanley Cup rings and my left nut. Then, if you're good at it, my right one.

I'm on my 2nd dbl IPA so if you have a problem with what I said Toronto, bend over next to my ass, and take in my HopFart.
I HopFart in your general direction.

Sharks are great, you all know it, and you are all just being Negative Nancys.

San Jose has become a HUGE hockey town, with sell out crowds almost every game. It took awhile, sure, but they are promoting hockey so much here that there are leagues starting up all over the place, cities are building rinks, it's a good thing.

Now, I do agree there are too many teams. If I could pick the teams to go, it would be the Thrashers and the Panthers. Cut 'em they are done!

Actually, that makes me very happy. I'm glad hockey is picking up in Terminator country. I think it's one of the best sports for kids to play. Teamwork, fast paced action and ice man! ICE!!!
