Well, it is a green bottle. So as long as you keep them cold and dark - they should last just as long as any other bottle. Given the optimum storage conditions above - the rest of the influence on the life of the beer is directly related to how much oxygen you introduced with your process. If you have to spash the beer during the racking - shoot a little CO2 in there so whatever is spashing is soaking up CO2 and not O2. CO2 is heavier than air. One day when I have a Blichman conical, my beer will never touch the air until it is poured into the glass that it is going to be served in.
If you can - cap on foam - it will be your best bet in the iterim.
