For a couple of reasons I ended up with ~6.1 of IPA in my 6.5 gal carboy.
I plan to transfer about 1/2 gal into a growler before moving the remainder to the keg. I'm trying to come up with the best way to carbonate the beer in the growler since it will have been in the kegerator at 35f for 2 days to crash everything down (as I usually do before kegging).
If I prime the growler will there be enough yeast to naturally carbonate?
Or should I just refrigerate the growler and siphon it into the keg later when there is room?
