There's things you can do to help warm it up some ...

B3 and others sell things like the Fermwrap (http://morebeer.com/product.html?product_id=16674) but you can do same thing with a heating blanket. Just be very careful you don't "cook" the yeast. I live in the Deep South so heating up isn't my issue but I have heard of folks using a combination of an electric blanket to heat up a wort and then wrapping your fermenter in a space blanket or insulation to keep it warm ... repeat as necessary. If you insulate your fermenter at the start (too late on this batch), the internal heat generated by fermentation may keep you up around 68 deg F (20 deg C) and your ale yeast happy.

The other option is to brew lagers in the winter and ales in the summer. I kind of do that now but using a chest freezer with an external control. I can lager in it during the winter and do ales in my basement closet and then during the heat of summer drink the lagers and use the chest freezer for ales.
