That's the plan. I'm pretty excited to try this one. I've never even heard of a Rye pilsner before, and this is my first attempt at using large amounts (45%) rye in something. As a note, I didn't have any lautering problems. I added 1/4lb rice hulls to it and everything went smooth as ever.
I did apparently decide to skim off all the protein crap in the foam at the beginning of the boil because I was distracted out in the yard ( boil over ). I haven't had that problem in a long time, now I get the joy of cleaning it up. It is like I jumped in the way back machine to my first couple batches.
