Just pitched yeast into a Scottish 60/- based on Nate Smith's Loose Change recipe. I moved the hop addition up to 30 minutes and adjusted the amount to give the same IBU but leave a bit of EKG hop character behind (yes, I know it isn't correct to style but I like it).
Also kegged an english bitter and an american bitter (mosaic and apollo hops). If only the cold maturation didn't take time....

Got my boil going on a special bitter recipe I have been wanting to brew for over a year. Hope it turns out as expected. Finally getting a bit closer on dialing in my target mash pH using Brun water spreadsheet.

Just ran off an ESB into the fermentor. This is the first wack at making a clone of the Maizie's ESB at Dog Street Pub in Williamsburg. Rinsing some 1968 to repitch into it.
