Re: Anyone know yeast from mangrove jack's brewing company?

The bier that I used it with a few weeks ago is in secondary aging on some french oak yummie! But when I racked it, soooooooooo tasty! I was really happy! But I did a clone of Janet's Brown with the same West coast yeast earlier this week and true to form it took sometime to kick off.

And when it did the smell coming out of my ferminator was very off putting!!!! The smell is gone now, lasted maybe two days. Wish me luck.

I use the British ale yeast all of my hop trials and it works great, I have also used the bohemian lager for a few bock beers which worked well. I didnt like the wheat beer yeast as much, I got just too much clove and not a lot else
