Yukon Red from BYO OCTOBER

Mon Nov 14, 2005 4:58 pm

I made the Yukon Arctic Red from the replicator page 11 OCT BYO mag. I was dissapointed at first but a month later and "My god!" that is one killer recipe whew! Beautiful red hue, thick amber head, hoppy and has a kick like a mule. 2-12 oz glasses of this nectar and I am shizzle faced. Damn thats good! Highly recomended. :D

Without question, the greatest invention in the history of mankind is beer. Oh, I grant you that the wheel was also a fine invention, but the wheel does not go nearly as well with pizza.

This was already on my brew schedule, and I am glad to hear that it is a good recipe. I am brewing it on Dec. 7, so it should be just about perfect for my Superbowl party. I am planning on having the Arctic Red and a Vienna Lager on tap for Superbowl.
