Had my first brew day since March of this year. Moved recently to Charlotte, NC so first run in new digs. Brewed a AIPA.

Bourbon Vanilla porter is the flavor of the day.
I have a bean left over from when i brewed Boogs ORCA, so Im gonna use it up.

Just finished 60 gallons for a 55 gallon white wine barrel fill with a couple buddies from my LHBC. We brewed up an American Tripel along the lines of Capt. Lawrence Extra Gold. Brew day went surprisingly smooth with no real hiccups. Thanks to Dan for having us up at his place and brewing on his monster rig! :bnarmy:

Brewed an APA with whole leaf hops, and they clogged the f'n ball valve on my kettle during the whirlpool chill. Had to switch ports on the pump to blow it back into solution, and now I'm very slowly running off with a shit-ton of trub :evil:

Mashing Stone's Vericle Epic 03/03/03. Love the use of corriander and grains of paradise!

Also brewed up a Dortmunder Export (I think) for my friend's end of the world party. 90% pils 10% munich. 30 IBU via SAAS (8.1%AA!!!!!) O.G. 1.043 (we have PLENTY of big beers for the party, need some maintenance beer, ya know, to maintain?!?!)

Had a great day today brewing an English ordinary bitter. It was extremely rainy and overcast. Nothing like a brewday in the rain. Picked up some ideas on the syle from the Jamil show. Should be a great beer thanks to the BN
