Pumpkin / Spice Beer Episode

Tue Oct 30, 2012 11:41 am

I found this blog about making tinctures and thought it would be a decent follow up to yesterdays broadcast for those who were interested in refining their pumpkin beer techniques. The blogger doesn't mention specific measurements of vodka to spice, but I imagine it's all relative to your tastes.

If you find other related info please post it here as I have not browsed around very much at this point.

Enjoy!

Peace,

My ROT - 1-2oz spice, 4-6 oz vodka.

Shake every day for a few day and let sit and then strain.

Drew,

I did this a couple years ago but never use the tincture. Do you think it is still good? Does vodka and spice go bad?
