Don't you have some work you should be doing? Be sure to stop out tonight. I'm going to run by Jeff's and get that CO2 tank and regulator. We can play around with the kegs.

This is too much.... yeah it can be done in 4 hours if you have all your stuff in order... I am so ADD and disorganized it usually runs me around 6.

Mort / Milt... try Batch sparging if you want to save time... it is easier and much quicker.

How to batch sparge...

Mash like normal... then drain it.... that's right kids just drain it...
once it is empty add 1/2 your sparge water.... stir it up real good... wait.. 5 minutes (plenty of time)... Drain it again.... ok now you know how much more water you need for the wort... add that to the mash again (you did shut off the valve right).... stir... 5 minutes later drain... DONE
