I only had 5.25 gallons in 6.5 better bottles and had to change my 3 piece airlock for blowoff tubes. Rockin pretty hard.

I like 007. It ferments quickly (but is very tame), and drops like a rock.

I've been running it at 65F, and at that temp it gives a tad more fruitiness than you want in a pale or IPA, but I've been craving some character in my ales so that's what I go with.

I'm wondering that if it's fruity at the lower end of the fermentation what do I expect at the higher temperatures? Or is it just to fruity for pales and IPA's?

i personally dont think its very fruity at all. If you like stone and or firestone walker you will like this yeast. If you keep it under 68 it will stay pretty neutral. I like to pitch at 64 and let it ramp up to 68
