Need help using up some ingredients.

Mon Aug 08, 2011 9:25 am

I've got yeast and hops on hand, but I don't know what to brew.

2 vials of WLP001

1oz pellet Willamette @ 4.7%
1oz leaf Cascade @ 7.1%
1oz Hallertau @ 4.3%

I was going to save the Hallertau for Jamil's German hefeweizen recipe.

Got any ideas I can brew with the Cascade and Willamette hops using the 001 yeast?

If you take what I post here literally, you're retarded. I'm here to fuck around, have a good time, and learn about beer. You mean nothing to me and I mean nothing to you.

American Blonde

1/2 oz 0' wilamette
1/2 oz 15' wilamette
.75 oz cascade (bitter to 20 IBUs) w/cascade (or vice versa if you're looking for more citrus in the aroma)
9.5# 2 row
0.5# crystal 15
OG: 1.048

Cal ale for clean, but I think it would be very nice with wyeast london III
