Ok all, I give up. Where is the BN located at?

The top-secret BN Bunker located miles below the surface... or was it on that hollowed out asteroid base... I can't remember.

It is a town that looks like it is a suburb of Oakland or Concord, just to pick a couple close by. Did you look at the map? It is spelled Pacheco BTW.
