I'm going to brew 10g of IPA, that specifically calls for and highlights Maris Otter. It would be 26pounds, so i'm not going to use MO. I have bulk cmc 2row, so ill add that.

My question is, if i add 1pound of victory and 1pound of munich to 26pounds of 2row....i know it wont be exact, but should it get me close to MO?

I think Firestone Walker does like 85% 2-row, 10% munich, and 5% carapils on there pale 31 and union jack to achieve the same effect as marris otter. I would go back and listen to the CYBI espisodes for sure, but I bet that will get you pretty close.
