I've got some hop pellets and powder that have been aging for about a year in taped up foil bags on my garage floor. If you're interested let me know!

Aren't the hops supposed to be able to breath while they age? I believe JZ said to age them lose in a paper bag and shake them up every once in a while.

I believe he was referring to whole hops though. I use aged pellets, they just need a few more years than the whole hops do to age out properly. I still like mediumsk post and use some low AA% noble hops and not much of them.
