RO water treatment

Thu Nov 11, 2010 2:58 am

I have just started brewing with RO water and wanted to get an idea of what you all are doing for mineral additions. I know some folks out there just use the same water profile every time and others change. I am going to be brewing an ESB and a Helles in the near future any tips for these styles.

I add calcium chloride in modest amounts for all beers and calcium sulfate for some beers (german pils, most american and british ales).

I've answered this question so many times that they asked me to put together a sticky on another forum. You can see it here: http://www.homebrewtalk.com/f128/brewin ... er-198460/
