you should just rack and add it to your serving keg. the tall, narrow shape of the keg and the fact that you will be keeping it cool will work best to clear your beer. the fist pint will be cloudy and then it should remain clear as long as you dont disturb the keg. I have not noticed a prob leaving it in the serving keg until its gone.

i have never added gelatin warm, so i cant say it wont work. but i am pretty sure you will have much better results when used cold.
