Give the CYBI shows a shot. There's much more to them than cloning beers. I've learned a lot about process and techniques, especially from listening to the pro brewer interview portions and how the guys then translate that to a homebrew set up.

Of course, there's some good asshattery too, especially on the second and third show in a session. :asshat:

I sometimes listen to shows with the same theme back to back, like yeast shows, or fermentation shows. Yes, I'm a compulsive organizer. . .

And the CYBI shows do have great brewing information.

I'm in June 2009 of my relistening. I love the earlier shows where Justin says, "As God as my witness, we'll never have a webcam in the studio. We all have faces for radio, except Beevo."
