Uh-oh. The Texan is right on this one! I called Virgil Gamache farms and they pronounce it Am-a-RILL-o.

Debate settled.

Geez, all you had to do was downloard George Strait singing "Amarillo by Morning." :mrgreen:

You will, however, find Texans who use the Spanish pronunciation. I guess they think it makes them sound smarter.

Yeah, but the hop is not from Texas. It's from Washington. I see it being about how the producer wants it to be called, that's the bottom line. Just like Brett Favre pronounces it "FARV" even though that is clearly not how it is spelled, that's what everyone calls him. My name is Sean but I don't like it when people call me "SEEN" for some reason.
