judging from the responses I would say use any hop!

personally I would use saaz, the lemon character is exaggerated in descriptions In my opinion.
this hop is way spicy, especially when you get into heavily hopped beers

If you are looking for piney/resiny character I would recommend cluster. Not to style but it has a great flavor/aroma. A blend with one of the above hops might be a good choice. Good Luck! :jnj
