We put fresh juniper berries in our goat scrotum, and my wife added a bunch of cocoa powder at the last minute. It was *fabulous*

How did the ginger and licorice work out?

marmalade, kiwi, and lavender have all been used in wits...i try to use jaggery whenever possible, just love all the different ways it tastes in different beers. Brewed 10 gallons of blonde, got bored after about 6 beers, dissolved a kilo of jaggery in some water, added it to one of the carboys and added a packet of wine yeast...AWESOME!!! :jnj

I did a light lager using quinoa as the adjunct for about 30% of the fermentables. Pretty interesting flavor, totally unique.
Beer is like porn. You can buy it, but it's more fun to make your own.
