How did the ginger and licorice work out?

It was fantastic. the teabags had roasted barley, cardamom, chickory, and some other stuff i forgot.

I used too much ginger but the licorice stick gave it great head retention .

marmalade, kiwi, and lavender have all been used in wits...i try to use jaggery whenever possible, just love all the different ways it tastes in different beers. Brewed 10 gallons of blonde, got bored after about 6 beers, dissolved a kilo of jaggery in some water, added it to one of the carboys and added a packet of wine yeast...AWESOME!!!

I did a light lager using quinoa as the adjunct for about 30% of the fermentables. Pretty interesting flavor, totally unique.
