In this episode, we profile the Green Dragon project in Portland OR. One lucky member of the Oregon Brew Crew gets to brew a batch on John Maier's (of Rogue Ales) old rig, then serve it (and sell it!) to the public.

During Time to Brew, Jake's forgets the simplest piece of equipment, so some MacGyver tactics are needed to keep the brewing mojo going.

Green Dragon is a pretty cool place. Went to Portland a few weeks ago and stumbled upon the place as we were on our way to a brewpub on Hawthorne. Tried the GD Biere De Garde and some of the other great guest taps. Russ and crew were great. We liked the place so much that we didn't even make it to our original destination.
