How's the water in AZ

I am moving to the Phoenix area and was wondering how the water there is for brewing?

you will have to dilute, buy or build water when you get down here.

RO is really the only way to go here. Too much sodium & carbonates. The only time I consider using filtered tap water is when making a porter or stout, and then I cut it 50/50 with RO.

I'm going to have to get used to making water adjustments.... haven't had to do that where I am right now. So is there a good homebrew shop in the Chandler/mesa area??
Or a homebrew club?

There's 2 stores in the east valley: Brewer's Connection in Tempe near ASU & Brew Your Own Brew in Gilbert.

As for clubs, there's 2 in Phoenix - Brewmeister's Annonymous (brewarizona.org) on the westside and ASH (azhomebrewers.org) on the east.

Here is some E. Valley water info one of our members gave the club; I believe it was a wards lab analysis. We do have varying water sources though so this is a point in time snapshot of the ugly water you might be trying to use (note the sodium, yuck):
