I can't get it to play. I got the Q with the ? inside. I even upgraded to quicktime 7.1. Anyone got any ideas?

Try going through Quicktime and deselect all the file types you can. Then go through Windows media player and select all the files that are there.

There is a download button there also. You could try downloading it and then selecting the palyer you wnat to use.
