Storing bulk DME

I have a 50lb sack. Not sure how to store this after it's been open.

Woah! That's a lotta DME!

I recommend 5 gal icing buckets (free at your supermarket bakery) for grain. Don't see why they wouldn't work for DME too.

Buddy up to a member of the opposite sex at the bakery and the buckets are yours for the asking. It helps if you're cute and/or buy stuff there occasionally too.
