I bought a Wolfgang Puck vacuum-sealing system off ebay for $23 (even came with a ton of bags/bag material). Works like a charm :mrgreen:
premierappliance has an ebay store with a ton of them for Buy It Now with free shipping

I'm in the process of vacuum-sealing about 20 pounds (13 different types) of hops into individual 1oz bags. I then put all the bags for a given type in a gallon Ziploc bag, then keep that in the freezer.
I'm about 60% done with the whole thing... :jnj
