This was a late night order, probably on my second 22 oz. christmas beer. And i forgot i added yeast to my cart.
So i open my box, and im like: "shit, i bought yeast, i need to make a starter asap"
so make my starter (1.045), and taste my yeast... and its sour. so i decide not to make a starter.
anyways, the question: when buying yeast online, how do you recommend shipping it? is 3 day shipping, ordered on monday ok?
