I have heard of people using beet juice in beer for a really deep red color. Come to think of it Magic Hat makes a beer that uses beets called Wacko. That might be worth a try but it would require some experimentation.

That is red, but nobody has been able to properly weigh out the grain bill yet. The color comes from carafa II, a touch of roasted barley and the crystal malts. It really is delicious too.
