The only issue I have is with Google's possible privacy issues; do they claim to protect the content or do they whore it out like most other "free" online services? I do use Gmail personally but I would never use it for a business unless I knew for certain they weren't reading my content and selling the shit to marketing sleaze.
Otherwise, it sounds amazing; why not aggregate multiple online collaboration platforms? Email is so 90's and was modeled after the postal service.
