Paxton Recipes???

got a beer dinner party going down this saturday - would love some insight from his recipes. thought they were going to be posted after the show.

My wife has used a few of his recipes... awesome!


- Barleywine Marinated Prime Rib
with with Rosemary Roasted Garlic IPA Crème Fraiché
- Roasted Garlic IPA Mash Potatoes
- Cauliflower gratin
- Salad (fresh greens with avocado, tangerine, grapefruit in a citrus vinaigrette)
- Home-brewed Robust Porter

didn't justin say that he was going to post paxty's recipes from NHC (or GABF)?
