I just got this from a supplier in regards to pellet. Great info!

"The storagability of the pellets greatly depends on the packaging and cold storage conditions. Pellets should either be packaging in a vacuum pack or soft pack (air is displaced with Nitrogen or mixed gas N2/CO2. During the pelleting operation the lupulin glands are ruptured exposing the soft resins (alpha acids, beta acids and hop oils) to air and subsequent oxidation. Generally, we recommend 2 years in cold storage (27 - 32 deg. F.) however, our internal studies indicate properly packaged pellets can be stored in cold storage for up to 5 years with only a fraction of a percent alpha loss."

We should have Sorachi Ace in stock Friday. We will begin with a limited supply and I don't expect it to last. Thanks for the feedback and support, keep an eye on the website for when I put it up (may list it before friday, so keep checkin'!). I also found that we have a bit more Amarillo than I thought, so we can sell a bit more per pound. Thanks.

Has begun! Sorry for the additional thread just wanted to make sure this got a little exposure.

Alright folks I just hit the trigger and 9 count em 9 hops have just had their prices per pound lowered, and of course cascade is still the hop of the month. Thanks for the feedback. From our newsletter and poll responses from homebrewtalk.com and thebrewingnetwork.com we got 75 responses! I'd say that's pretty good in about 24 hours of an impromptu sale. Thanks folks, and please keep in mind sales like this can sometimes cause delays from 1-3 business days, please note in your order if it's of urgency or not so we can prioritize. Of course we'll ship everything as fast as we can but we appreciate that as well. Oh yeah and..THROW IN MORE HOPS!

I'm planning on getting a small run of teeshirts made to start, and if they sell getting more. The price will probably be $13.95 (when you use the BNARMY code) and a couple bucks more for 2xl or bigger as those cost more to get made. We finally got a kickass high res logo done, and I know this is advertising for us so we're not looking to make a killing from these, just to have some fun, have more brewers see us, and make one more day folks can go without doing their shirt laundry Feedback is appreciated as always, and we expect to have these available within 3 weeks.
