Nice...I used 3711 in my Amarillo Saison for the Community Brew...

So I did a super retard-o-rific Saison with an OG of 1096. That mofo fermented down to 1006 with this strain. That's an apparent attenuation of 93%. I added some sugar 4 days(which is included in the OG) after fermentation began but still. That's unbelievable. It fermented down in a total of 10 days. I love this yeast. by the way that's 11.83 ABV. I was expecting an OG of 1018 or so. Opps.

I bet it would be great for IIPAs at a really low ferment of 60F. I will try it next chance I get.

Three six gallon batches and I love it. Year round is the way to go. Use it from 64f. to 85f. and it makes a great DRY Saison.
