mmm... Time to Brew an Imperial IPA. Just got Jamil and John's Classic style book, the Hop Hammer recipe looks delicious. And with 2row as a base malt and such low prices on getting those hops by the pound, that's gonna be great all around

The wife and I found out this morning that she's pregnant, and Little Niko (7 months old) will have a sibling next may! Just started trying last month and whammo!

We are now celebrating at the inlaws in Redmond, Oregon (great beer here!) drinking homebrew and hanging out with the family. Because of that and Monday being Labor Day, depending on what you order it could be until next week's Friday to ship. Willamette is one variety that has a delay right now unfortunately. These types of delay don't happen often, and I appreciate everybodys partience. Thanks folks and brew on!
