But if I can't shoose those two, then Tasty and the Pope. At least I end up with some great beer out of it!

And Brewta2 has that phone number. . . :asshat:

Every last one of them would be welcome in my house, especially with no pants!

I picked Doc. I think he's a funny guy. So I think it'd be fun to brew with him.

I'd pick JZ, mainly for the fact that I have teenage daughters in this house and the rest of you bastards creep me out. :)
Palmer would be the backup, since my process is pretty well down, now I'm focusing on styles and brewing as many as possible. so I would want the Pope's opinion on my beers. some stuff here is ragtag, but I think he'd appreciate the Brutus for the brewing gear.

I have 8 dogs at home and still brew extract. Because of that, there's no way in hell I'd want anyone but Justin at my house. He could even help me do my first mini mash recipe.

I do have a crap load of good/rare beer and I know J'd enjoy it the most so come on down man!

Didn't even have to think about it.

Drink scotch.. Brew Dopplebock.. and just as important- jam out to a classic Fire on the Mountain?

All are worthy choices.. but one clearly rises above (ok, below) the rest.

I think who I would pick would depend on my mood. For instance -

- If I wanted someone to share the enjoyment of a Billy Mays retrospective telethon, I would pick Justin.

- If I wanted to discuss all the details, inequities, and trials of judging beer, and also prod someone into a slow devolve, I would have to pick the pope.

- If I was looking to stay in, keep the shades drawn, hang with my cats, and surf the web, it would have to be JP. He could play world of warcraft, but it would have to be in another room.

-- If I wanted to sit around, smoke a lot, make up stories, think about brewing something tomorrow, then fall asleep on my couch, I think I would pick Tasty and maybe also Chat (in case Tasty fell asleep before me).

- If I was looking to go out and party and maybe get almost home with some unexplained bruises, waking up in my back yard next to a still smoldering firepit as dawn broke, then I think Doc would be my best bet.

- If I wanted to do some welding or examine if step mashes really lead to higher extraction in cereal mashes, under conditions of varying atmospheric pressure, then I would pick the rock.

Of course, aside from the bad jokes, any of them would be fun and would be welcome.
