Whatever hop you choose - you might want to slightly underpitch and ferment at 70-72 (vs. 68) to encourage some slight esters and slight underattenuation. The yeast driven esters and residuals might make the fruitiness pop.

I recently tried a Citra IPA, and as the name implies, it was VERY citrusy! I can't wait to get my hands on these to experiment myself.

I have no idea if you guys will be able to source them over in the Good Ole ... but A newish Australian variety called Galaxy has a really really strong tropical fruit salad aroma - mangos, passionfruit, pineapple, some citrus -- fruit salad plus.

A delicious hop that is becoming very popular here in Australia.

Failing Galaxy - you might be able to get your hands on the NZ hop Nelson Sauvin. It has strong fruit aromas and flavours that are reminiscent of cool climate Sauvingon Blanc. Passion fruit, Gooseberry, stone fruit and a little wine/grape.

A mix of Galaxy and Nelson Sauvin is fruit overload territory.

I am giving this a try today. I have used Nelson Sauvin several times before. This will be the first for Galaxy for me. We'll see what happens, hopefully not too much of an overload.
