No, Special B is a dark Belgian crystal malt, around 150 lovibond. The most common type of debittered black malt is Weyermann Carafa Special III aka Carafa "dehusked." When you buy some, make sure you get the "special," which has had the husk stripped off of it. Dingemans also makes a debittered black malt, but it isn't as widely available. Carafa Special III is something I use quite often and it's a wonderful malt, IMO. Northern Brewer carries it all the time.

You're going to have a difficult time finding Lublin hops, but you can substitute Czech Saaz just fine. In fact, Lublin are really just Saaz hops grown in Poland.

What do you mean? Carafa III (regular and special) is the darkest (black) roast. Carafa II is more of a chocolate level roast.

i thougth the caraffa 1 was the chocolate roast with husks, Carraffa 2 was black debittered (dehusked) malt and carraffa 3 was just regular black malt with husks.

Actually Carafa SPECIAL refers to the dehusked version. The I, II, and III refer to the lovibond degree. Carafa I, II, and III are with husk and are different lovibonds. Carafa Special I, II, and III are the de-husked versions.
