Sully knows how to please a man

Fri May 08, 2009 4:50 am

I posted this on my blog a while back but I should have said it here. A few weeks back I heard that Sully was here in Belgium. So I emailed him to see if he would be in the area so I could buy him a beer to thank him for his contributions to the BN, and I had to see that massive head in person. He immediately emailed back saying that he wouldn't be around here but that he would send me some cans he had with him (.. that's right, cans), if he had any left over before flying back to the states. I figured he wouldn't have any left and would be too busy, but the next week a box containing 4x 21A cans landed on my desk at work. I was really impressed that he took time on his trip to actually package up some cans and ship them to someone he has never met. I really appreciated it!

Sully, you're a stand up guy!

Hey Sully, I heard you were in the United States and was wondering if you'd be available for me to buy you a drink

Way to go Sully!!! I swear if I ever make it to SF, I'm stopping at the 21A and setting up camp for a few days. Hell, my son doesn't really need to go to college.

when I was in SF in January I was at the 21A every day I was there.

blackout drunk every night and I even got cut off one night because my legs stopped working...twice.

the food is awesome, the beers are incredible and it's a fun place to be.

I didn't meet Sully, but I did get to meet Jesse, Motor and John Foster

Sniff the top of those cans. He might have teabagged them. Just sayin'.
