Is "Old Fashioned" the standard cake donut or the standard glazed donut?

My two favorites actually come as combinations:

1) Standard cake donut and hot coffee

2) Glazed donut and an IPA (my preference is an Avery IPA)

or secret answer 3) any donuts in

Has to be a Guava filled Malasada from my local donut shop one block away, Komoda Store. It is basically a mini jelly donut.

Gotta get them early on Saturday mornings before they sell out!
