Good luck with that. I tried printing a copy, and the Print command is grayed out. Also says "Secured" in the title bar. So we can look at it on the screen but not take a piece of paper with us?

Just open it up in xpdf (Linux), or convert it to a PS then back to a PDF to print. If you have Acrobat that should work fine, but YMMV as I did it on Linux.

They don't want you to print it because, from what I could tell, they sell a pairing pamphlet/booklet that has it.

All true. This PDF is secured, so you can't print it. Instead you could A) buy the pamphlet, B) convert it, C) screen capture and rebuild it in a photo editing software, or D) use it as a basis to make a chart of your own.

I think I'm going to go with D). This chart is good, but I can think of a few tweaks to apply before I put it on my kitchen wall

yeah, not bad. I think I may also use this as a base for my own version.
