Pure Oxygen? I would say no more than :30s for 5 gals and 1min for 10.

Does it come with instructions?

I oxygenate my wort for 1-2 min depending on starting gravity.

It also depends in the size of your aeration stone (size does matter). The most common are .5 micron and 2 micron. I give a five gallon batch 60 seconds with a .5 micron stone. I would go 2 minutes with a 2 micron stone.
