I haven't tried that beer yet.

But I when I heard "Canadian Style"...the first thing I would expect would be "hints of maple and moose"

Hey Mylo, I found the Unibroue Chose at AJ's Fine Foods in Gilbert (maybe Mesa). I drank mine before I read the thing about serving warm. It has no carbonation and bigtime cherry flavor. It's not sugary and fake fruity like a Lindeman's. I liked it, wife liked it, I would buy this again and maybe put some age on it.

Oh, and I grew up in Washington State, a few hours from Canada. That must give me some credibility, right?

I drank mine at probably @120 deg F. Very nice. I agree with Bleepybloppy. Muddled beer should be it's own style - if this type of thing takes off. I will definitely by more around the holidays if it is available. Everybody liked it.
