I'm thinking a standard Bohemian Pilsner with N. Brewer for 35 IBU's of bittering and EKG's to finish. Maybe dry hopping in the keg for more grassy aroma... that might be too far though.
Thoughts?

So brew one! That's the beauty of this hobby we all enjoy. You don't need anyone's permission or approval to brew what you want. Fuck convention. (an all-EKG lager sounds delicious to me, BTW.)
